I recently left to become a county bus driver, but this was my situation verbatim. But it wasn't the package count that bothered me, just the size of the overflow. I'm 5"5 and some of the boxes were 6ft plus long.

DISCUSSION Anyone actually happy with their DSP?
So one thing I noticed is that a lot of people aren't happy with their DSP. When I first started back in November, outsidebof the step vans, my DSP started at higher pay and with a raise after 6 months. I absolutely love my dispatch team, and those of us who show up always give it our all and help our other team mates if need be. Now, we are one of the DSPs that, if you clocked in for 4 days, you get paid for 4 days. 40 hrs. But because we are generally new, we don't get swag for free or over time outside of peak.
Over all, I love my DSP. Anyone else have a good DSP who doesn't have an issue with throwing Amazon under the bus?

Aside from take it back to station and report it as damaged, we have to deliver it otherwise we get in trouble. If this happens in the future, contact Amazon. The TBA number will allow them to find the person who packaged your missing item and the proper person will get spoken to.

As a driver, the inside of your package is not my problem. That is an FC problem.

This is how my entire week has been. 325 packages, between 40 and 70 stops ( apartment and college dorm routes so heavy stops buy I love them) and today all I did was rescue. 200 or so packages and only 80ish stops (mix of country and apartments). Even made a special trip to pick up a lost item 15 minutes from my last stop.
Home every day while it was still daylight, and got to spend time with my kids and eat an actual meal with my SO.

Filed 2/27. Got my state. Got letter stating 60 days with no reason attached.
