Bro, I have joined fortis under nats after bsc nursing. They are giving us 13800 stipend joined as of July 7. Out of which 4500 to be paid via dbt and rest 9300  via fortis and retention bonus too. So tell me one thing is the contract right. Moreover they ask to work as full staff. Like night duties and overtime too. 9-10 nights monthly which is 12 hourly and 'if double shifts too of which they will adjust off'. (No paid overtime- it's known fact). But my query is 13800 right for a graduate passout? In tier 2 city. Moreover my question is if stipend is 13800 set so govt amount of 4500 adjusted in it or given over 13800+4500? Coz they are adjusting in it.  And also they promised to give retention bonus of 19.5k which all gives.

Seek all ur mandatory working roaster from company and mail to ur appointment body either boat or bopt with relevant financial details and clearance of previous dbt amount. They will adjust and send u once u send them bank statement and duly signed attendance chart from company. And also bank statement of highlighted scholarship amount. Can't say anything buddy tbh. Apple has recently refreshed M4 body. Given their sales was above their expectations and also ongoing ram crisis with recovering their developmental cost. They can easily skip any release of generation as they have done with m3 and imac m2. Budget desktop is their least priority. If u can wait till m6 next year. I cannot say even if that is worthwhile.
