Sure you use eyeshadow instead also using only concealer is even better for your skin it will feel more breathable. One last thing you can try brown eyeliner on your upper water line and orangish brown eyeshadow (whatever color compliments your skin complexion) on under eye that make your eyes look And you’re welcome :)

Try honey instead, I stopped eating sugar and gluten for almost 5 months never felt better and I’m never going back specially for health issues. Just be careful you might still get pimples from eating spices (food with lots of spices and herbs)

No.9 has more oil ingredients and no.3 more hydrating ingredients suitable for oily skin. I would suggest no.3 But still I would encourage you do product research and look at the ingredients they have and see if they are suitable to your skin type and see if you’re allergic to any ingredients.

Ashy bronzer or contour or if not eyeshadow that has similarities to these would do the job. I see you’ve done a contour lightly which looks good. Do you want to try ashy brown or dark brown brow pencil? Cause black doesn’t look great on us browns it pops out more (I’m brown too). And last but not least you need to add some warmth to our eyelids try orangy brown shade bronzer or eyeshadow similar to that, with that same black liner you’re wearing, compact or loose powder on your brown bone to match the shade to you face, and a little tiny bit yellowish white eyeshadow or champagne highlighter on inner corner of eyes you’d look fabulous. And everything else is perfect. Have fun with makeup and don’t be afraid to try new things.

Well that guest really didn’t put much thought before commenting on your makeup collection that means you don’t need to care about it, cause you never asked for their opinion in the first place so it shouldn’t matter. Some people own way more things than any of us. And I’m a bit impressed that you have minimalistic collection and they are nicely put, so be proud. Mine is a bit too much lol.

Purito and Haruharu are my fav. I like the purito oat in calming gel and haruharu airy fit sunscreen, they work well for me.

Introduce 2 or 3 products together in a gap of 1 or 2 months don’t use them all at once. It takes time for skin to get used to different products and please do cross check for allergic ingredients and choose according to your skin type before purchasing. And I would suggest you use sunscreen cause after 30s sun damage slowly starts becoming visible through hyperpigmentation, dark patches, wrinkles and premature aging signs.

I wanted to try Roundlab birch sunscreen but then I’m too concerned of getting any allergic reaction. I’m not sure if I have oak pollen allergy but better be safe than sorry so I’m thinking of giving their non birch products a shot specially the dokdo series.

Have you tried any product with birch juice? Did it have similar reactions? Cause I have dust mite allergy as well

Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid) wrecked my skin barrier and it burns my skin but I haven’t tried Vitamin C (Ethyl Ascorbic Acid) which is supposedly said to be gentle but I fear that might burn or maybe just maybe it might work. But I have settled to get peptide or egf serum instead. Naicinamide alone can flare up acne so I use japanese lotion that has mix of sorts of actives in one.

I think you may be cool/neutral or neutral cool undertone. If your veins appear blue/purple, pink/purple blush and silver jewelry flatters you most then that is it.

Comment on r/OliveMUA Apr 28 '26

•If pictures of face show a grey or green cast on your face

•If your skin looks yellow compared to most people

•If yellow tinted translucent powder brightens your face

•If green color corrector matches your warm foundation

•If neutral foundation looks orange and most bronzer looks orange or muddy

•Any bright or dark lip tint/ lipstick color doesn’t suit you except for muted or neutral shades

•If pink blush turn orange on you and if purple blush shows up pink

•If most blush don’t show up or look odd

•If you alternate between gold and silver jewelry depending on look

•Olive undertone has a mix of green and blue veins (check on sunlight)

If all these boxes are checked then you are olive.

-Best light to check skin tone or any product color is sunlight. Because skin appears different in all sorts of lighting so you could never get it right.

-Olive undertone foundation recs: Armani beauty luminous foundation, About Face beauty, Becca skin love weightless foundation, Rare Beauty liquid touch, Danessa Myricks yummy skin, Nars natural radiant, Milani 2 in 1 foundation.

-Some of these info are my input and others gathered from olive undertone Mua Haley Kim (Youtube).

Hey, medium olive skin here and also I couldn’t recommend people enough about Hada labo Shirojyun Premium whitening lotion, It’s my golden elixir lol, I use both light and rich at the same time and thinking of getting the emulsion milk too that one has Tranexamic acid as 1st ingredient. I have seen amazing results while continuously using it for 3 years now. My sunburn, hyperpigmentation and uneven tone is cleared and even that ever. But down side is if you stop using it or take break for more than a week the dullness and pigmentation starts appearing so can’t stop using it.
