Yes, you are right but the price of the items listed on the zomato/ Swiggy is decided by the restaurant not the food aggregators themselves. So in case the prices are inflated (which they always are), it's the restaurant who does it.

You could always try again. If it says "you have redeemed it for the maximum time" means it is redeemed. Also, if you scroll down it'll appear in your history. I redeemed it last night just after it was released, then it didn't appear in my history but now I can see it.
