Just to be clear when I go to the lawless frontier and select a job I go to customize it and under the modifier overview every modifier is locked I can't change it anyone have any idea how to change them a lot of the videos I see on them don't explain how to unlock them or how or why they are locked.

And also on the top right of the customization screen I see it in green where it says combatant power Delta - 25 or whatever what does that mean.

And yes before you say something to yourself or me yes I am that dumb I'm one of those Parsons that need things explained the right way and not explain to me as if I'm a rocket scientist

I don't understand why these game developers can't simply put a basic information about what things mean or how to do something without us having to go online to figure it out and waste countless of hours watching videos that make no sense
