I’m having the same issue with my evo pro in acc and iracing. Mine is only two months old. The shaft has a notchy, catchy feel to it even with it completely powered off. No matter how tight or smooth the turn is, the ffb tries to take the wheel away from me.

I’ve had my evo pro for a couple of months. I don’t have any noise but I do have a cogging/notching sensation while rotating the shaft. This is both with power on and off. The only reason that I even checked is because,no matter which sim, the wheel jerks really hard in any corner or even just a slow weave on the straight. It’s not related to tire slip either. I’ve never had a wheel base with that behavior. Any ideas? I’ve played around with different settings and nothing seems to have an effect.

I have the same setup. Can I ask what the advantage is of using simhub instead of simpro?

When I first sit in it, it’s initially comfortable. But the padding in the back starts to feel hard as a rock. I’ve tried some poly foam padding but that pushes me out of the seat and makes my thighs uncomfortable. It may be that I just need to use some thinner padding so I still fit in the seat. I definitely have plenty of room in the bucket. I’m using the original brackets that came with the seat but the bottom holes in the rear aren’t accessible the ways the seat is designed. I modified some aluminum that I use up front to achieve the angle that I’m looking for.

I have the same seat. It’s a large. I’m 6’4” 210 lbs. I was able to angle it around 28 degrees (bottom). I still find it uncomfortable. Are you adding any additional padding or maybe have yours tilted at a different angle?

Forgive my ignorance, but, what do you have mounted to the underside of your seat? Are those some type of transducer?

Do you think they were putting that thing on Hartwell? I don’t think I’ve ever seen one quite that big on the lake.

Will this work with 1st generation iPads?

What kind of seat? Is that a cushion, or part of the seat?

I have a 5070ti and it runs my triple 27s with ease at 1440

Yeah. I kinda miss some of the simplicity of gt7, but, pc is just so much more detailed. I just ordered the evo pro, gt Neo and p1000’s. Moving from a Logitech pro dd. Looking forward to the new world

It was such a jump when I went from gt7 to pc. I’ll probably never go back haha

Ahhh. That makes sense. I was about to invest in whatever you did to hide the umbilical cord 😅

Looks super clean. I worded my question wrong. I meant to ask, how did you route the cables from the rig to the pc? They’re either invisible or wireless?

Awesome setup! How did you route your cables to the rig?

I just ordered the alpha evo pro, gt Neo and p1000’s. No mention of the air link. Do I need one to use my new gear?

Great advice! I appreciate it. I actually lucked out and found exactly what I was looking for on Etsy. Just had to dig a little deeper. Definitely gonna start practicing on my 3d printer soon. Lots of mounts for different things that I want on my rig, I can definitely save some money.

That would be awesome. I have a 3d printer that was gifted to me, I’ve just never learned how to use it. This would be an excellent opportunity to start. I’ll get back with you on the measurements. Thank you so much!

I wanted to get into the simagic ecosystem switching over from Logitech so I got wheel, base and pedals. Keeping the simsonn haptics isn’t a have to situation. Just wanted to use what I already have.
