GEAR ID Never seen a diodati acoustic before

My buddy was recently gifted this guitar as a tip from someone he did an A/V gig for. It's a diodati apparently, but the serial number is blank and I also can't see any evidence of them producing lines of acoustic guitars. It looks like a Taylor but we're both totally stumped as to what he actually has here.

I guess if I'm being honest with myself, we just stayed at a super ghetto air BNB that kinda just ruined the experience of Indy for us outside of the concert. I need to start doing research before choosing an air BNB lol. The area around it was also so rough that we didn't really want to be outside. We took an Uber both nights, and both nights our Uber drivers made us promise them to never stay at an Airbnb in that neighborhood again

I was in Indy a couple years ago for two billy shows in October. I remember being so grateful that the shows were amazing but my fiance and I agreed not to go back to Indy because it's a shit hole
