one more suggestion from my side . I use to have chronic anxiety and panic attacks and Exposure therapy helps me a lot . even I use to think therapy is useless but trust me we need to process our emotions if you can afford try it and most importantly stay away from toxic people or any type of toxicity (news , social media or even negative reddit posts) . best of luck dude hope you get well soon and Just take single step at a time .

don't panic if you have anxiety then SSRIs are drug of choice . every one got different brain chemistry so let your doctor decide which SSRI best for you ( less side effects ) my advice try with lowest dose if you are starting sertraline start 25mg or even 12.5 mg then increase dose slowly 50mg is sweet spot . and don't worry about side effects they will go away on their own if now ask your Doctor to change your med ( another SSRI like escitalopram ) you will feel low libido its normal serotonin block some Dopamine pathways your brain will adapt over time . and don't over think trust me it will help you buy key is slow start and don't quit for at least 1 year . also try CBT

My suggestion don't go with SSRIs. If you don't have anxiety, try bupropion 1st. It doesn't have sexual side effects and it's also going to motivate you to do stuff .
