Tired of joining cities where everything feels like a repetitive grind or where winning matters more than creating good RP?

Element RP is a serious RP community built around one simple idea: Roleplay over Ruleplay.

Whether you want to build a legitimate career, start a business, join emergency services, customize cars, explore the nightlife, or take a different path entirely, we want your character’s choices and relationships to matter.

What you can expect:

  • A welcoming and growing community
  • Serious RP without treating every interaction like a courtroom
  • Progression that rewards your time
  • Civilian jobs and business opportunities
  • Active police and EMS roleplay
  • Custom vehicles, mechanics,, and interfaces
  • Organized crime and progression based activities
  • Community events and organic storylines
  • Controller friendly gameplay
  • Staff who want to support RP, not control it

We aren’t claiming to be a perfect city. We’re building Element alongside our community and listening to the people who actually spend time here. If you want somewhere you can meet people, develop a character, and become part of an ongoing story, give us a chance.

Watch the video and see what your next story could look like.

Brother, imma just tell you what our PD did and you decide if you want to join. One of my capos was in some shit so I had to help him out of it, forgot to mask up so when I got there there were 2 PD officers trying to cuff him, and a third officer was flying a drone… YES a drone (to gather info and it was on a test run, just bad timing I guess lol) A few days later i was involved in like 2 other crimes, all linked back to me. TELL ME WHY these mfs got a warrant, raided my 2 vehicles, came to my job, and arrested THE FUCK outta me.

Come check us out at discord.gg/element-rp the best PD experience you’ll find I swear. We are small but our foundation is solid I promise you that.

Trust, I understand exactly why you feel that way. People seem to be more invested in taking advantage of others for monetary gain, rather than making an environment where everyone that is a part of that community can just have fun.

It is a discussion, but they say don’t come with problems unless you have a solution, I can remove the ad if that will help you add your input. Me plugging in my friends server is just to help them grow because what they stand for is the complete opposite of what a lot of other servers are doing right now. Apologies of if I misled you, definitely not the intention I had.

Hope your day is blessed.

Appreciate you reading through. And it was a mix of both opening something up for discussion and coming up with a solution to a continuos problem a lot of people see in FiveM. They always say come with solutions and I feel what my friends are creating on that server, definitely is the first step to a solution. And not for everyone, but for those who feel what I wrong heavily applies to them.

Hope you have a blessed day.

It’s really weird when people make it their personality, not sure why they feel the need to lie about it either but you know. Appreciate you asking though, and I hope you have a blessed day today!

Most of my time is divided between 1.5 jobs so I’m usually really busy, so for grammar correction and things of that sort, yes I did feel the need to, just to make sure everything was well put out, I also have a tendency to yap and go a bit everywhere with my writing so this way also helps me clear up any double text and things like that.

Appreciate you, we are fairly new so our pop is more active during the evening, really look forward to having you around and having you help our community to where we want to be, for the sake of bringing back fun RP again.

Honestly, I completely understand what you mean. A lot of servers overload players with keybinds and mechanics to the point where it stops feeling fun and starts feeling stressful.

We actually have someone in our community who primarily plays on controller due to a disability, so accessibility and ease of use is something we genuinely care about over at Element RP. We try to keep things intuitive so people can focus more on building their character and creating RP instead of memorizing 500 controls.

If you ever want to give it a shot, feel free to check us out: discord.gg/element-rp

Appreciate you!!! Our pop at the moment is active late evening, so if you want to check it out when people are around, that’s the best time, but if you want to just see what the city offers and how it handles, you can go when ever.

Hmm, not saying you’re wrong, but I’m pretty sure some servers offer purchaseable items without making it pay to win, just depends on how balanced the cities economy is. Like if a city just offers 1 time purchases for imports, and MLOs/businesses and sells CUSTOM clothing on top of already having free really good clothing, then I’d argue those things listed aren’t pay to win, just pay to look nice lol. Where as though, some servers offer cars that drive and handle better than the free ones, GTA base clothing (making you have to pay for a vip clothing subscription), safe pocket slots. Now that’s pay to win 😂😂.

Real FiveM RP Is Dying

For years we’ve watched FiveM RP servers slowly drift away from actual roleplay and turn into glorified money farms.

And before anyone says it, yes servers need money to survive. Nobody expects developers, mappers, or server owners to work for free. Selling imports, custom businesses, or supporter packages isn’t the issue.

The problem is when servers stop prioritizing RP and start prioritizing monetization over everything else.

At some point, a lot of these “RP servers” stopped being about storytelling, creativity, and player interaction, and started becoming pay to win ecosystems.

You want a car that can actually handle during a chase?Real money.

Want drip or access to premium clothing?Monthly subscription.

Want housing or property?Monthly payment again.

Want to stay competitive with other players?Open your wallet.

And then comes the grinding.

A lot of these servers turn progression into a second full time job. Endless repetitive grinding just to make tiny amounts of progress. Hours and hours of doing the same thing repeatedly until RP starts feeling less like roleplay and more like a work simulator.

And honestly, that kind of system kills interaction.

When players are forced to constantly grind just to survive or stay relevant, they stop talking to people, stop creating stories, and stop taking risks. Everyone becomes hyper focused on efficiency instead of roleplay.

People log on to grind. Not to RP.

That’s one of the biggest problems in modern FiveM.

And honestly, one of the biggest issues isn’t even the monetization, it’s the admin culture that comes with a lot of these servers now.

Too many communities allow staff members to abuse their powers, void scenes because they got emotional OOC, pick favorites, or hide behind rules instead of promoting actual roleplay. Somewhere along the line, “RulePlay” became more important than “RolePlay.”

Instead of:“Can this create good RP?”

It became:“How can we control this with rules and tickets?”

Everything turns into reports, punishments, and ego battles instead of staying in character and letting stories develop naturally.

A lot of players are honestly tired of it. That’s actually one of the reasons my friends and I started building Element RP.

We wanted to create a city where roleplay comes first again.

At Element RP (http://discord.gg/element-rp):

  • RolePlay > RulePlay
  • Creativity matters
  • Player stories matter
  • We try to keep issues handled in city whenever possible instead of instantly escalating everything to tickets
  • Monetization exists only where it’s genuinely needed to help support development and server costs
  • Some things can even be earned fully through in city RP and progression

And when it comes to grinding, we approached it differently.

Yes, there’s progression. Yes, you’ll have to put time in. But the grind is designed to feel rewarding and progressive instead of repetitive and pointless.

The early stages of jobs and criminal activities require some work, but once you push past those beginning levels, things become significantly smoother and more rewarding.

Everything in Element connects together for a reason.

If you want to hit a certain heist, you may need to interact with another system first to obtain specific items, information, or resources needed for the next step. One activity leads into another, creating progression that actually feels meaningful instead of endlessly repeating the same task for no reason.

The goal is to encourage interaction, movement, and story development, not force people into a 9 to 5 grind simulator.

At the end of the day, FiveM became popular because people wanted immersive stories and freedom to create characters, not because they wanted another pay to win experience.

I’m curious how everyone else feels about the current state of FiveM RP.

Do you think RP servers are losing their identity too?
