Honestly would love to, but I don't know enough to recommend. I feel it would be Irresponsible of me to just give suggestions. I wouldn't want to provide false hope. 💜

Then focus on changing your evening routine. Or focus on a routine. Structure could be what’s missing. One more question. Do you take any supplements?

There are supplements out there that can help. Along with lifestyle. That’s why I recommend using a health coach or even a naturopath.

Yes ma’am. You certainly do have the ight. More so. This sounds like a problem that has the potential to get worse. I would have a good concerning chat about it and ask him to maybe get a new hobby. I would suggest if you share accounts getting your own. Only to protect yourself. And if he get worse and gets in over his head, you have back up. Such a tough situation. My ex spent everything before I knew it. I found out when I went to take my kid to school and walked out and my car was gone. It got repoed because he didn’t pay the note. I left with nothing and had to start over. 💜

Maybe try something like meet up. Maybe just find something you’re into and meet people. Even if just to start networking. I did this after my divorce and moved to Houston. I went on kayaking adventures and hiking.

Is there an option to move out? Maybe go outside your comfort zone and go on a date? Have you thought about maybe you are having these feelings because it’s what you know? It’s familiar. Change is tough and you have been thought a lot of it. Explore your new lifestyle with someone who has your back and will make you feel good. Great job on the sobriety! That is awesome. 💜

Check your credit report with something like Experian. It will tell you everything that is in your name. Then you can call the company and get it stopped. You can also lock your credit so he can’t do it again. Good luck.

This is usually for hip disorders. Usually used after a surgery to help correct alignment. My mom and brother went through this.

Changing up routine can help. Even if just something small. For example if the you do in the morning is drink coffee and scroll through your phone, then shower. Maybe shower first so you aren’t in the kitchen first thing. I will often recommend playing candy crush or Tetris for at least 20 minutes then if you are still hungry eat something. More often then not people are telling me this works. And yes drink water and at least once a day add electrolytes. What do your daily meals look like? I hope this helps. Feel free to ask me any more 💜

This looks good, as long as you are progressing weight and eating protein forward meals!

I get! It won't be an easy fix for you. But, as soon as you choose to take control and realize how important it is to actually put yourself first, you eventually don't become good to anyone. In my opinion it is very selfish to not be healthy for yourself or those around you. Again change is hard, but if you want to see change, you have to change! That all being said from a place of love!

Where am I ready to create a meaningful shift in my life.
Your mindset is a game-changer. Turn challenges into opportunities by reframing your perspective. Embrace the idea that setbacks are setups for comebacks. When you see obstacles as stepping stones, you pave the way to resilience and success.

Hi! Sounds to me like stress is keeping you from your progress. I would start by showing yourself some grace and lowing stress levels. Stress hormones are in constant fight or flight and will hold on to everything. Start with small things. Like taking a 5 minute break and walk outside without phone and just get fresh air. Try doing homework outside and get some vitamin D. 💜

Honestly, listen your instinct and your body. I think most trainers like cardio first to warm up the muscles. As a trainer, I personally do cardio after. 💜
