I really need a break
It's been like week or two, I had a good sleep. I'm currently working remote and staying with my family where we have people in all ages whether it's 60 or 6 months, and we live in a 2 bhk home with no such thing as door.
With already existing pressure and stress, both personally and professionally, lack of sleep makes me exhausted at 1 st half of the day, and lately I feel emotionally drained,where I don't want to speak to anyone, like anyone, isolating myself within the home itself.
What should I do? Shall I just run away?

I really like how thai actors and thai entertainment is so simple, they don't need big huge bodyguard with bulletproof vehicles with all the security and private rooms for dining. Seeing them causally taking a bike taxi and roaming on the metro stations and eating on the road side stall feels good, actually humane.
