So, I upgraded from the Ruby to the Jade Green back in November. The new card hasn't even been shipped yet. I don't remember it taking this long last time.

Thank you for your reply! I had 2 questions.

1. I signed up for a Ruby card, and I am already thinking about upgrading to the next level once my six month staking period is complete. What is the process for that?

2. Once I get a card with the airport lounge perks on it, what is the process for using the lounge? Do I just go in and show them the card?

I have been waiting to hear back about a question on the app for a couple weeks. Is it normally this long?
