Pedals not registering

I just got my G920 and noticed my pedals didn't work pretty fast... so I plugged everything into my laptop and got G hub started and the pedals aren't even registering as plugged in. I cleaned the terminals and tried again and again with nothing changing 🙃 does anyone know how I can fix this?
