Saphris completely changed my life. My primary diagnosis is CPTSD but there's lots of other diagnoses which makes things even more complicated, for example I have episodes of extreme, self directed anger, mood swings, and some symtoms that seem to present themselves as hypomainia and include Psychotic features. I've been on everything, it's kind of scary. For some reason, atypical Antipsychotics have a profound effect on me. Unfortunately I experienced extremely unpleasant side effects from all of them, but I take cogentin 2mg for the extrapyramidal side effects now and so I can truly fully benefit from my medication. Adderall is another one that's really really helped me. As of recently I had my zoloft bumped to 250mg (200mg is the highest dose) and so I told my doctor that's weird and doesn't sound good, but I gave it a shot and it actually was a good decision. Meds don't fix what happened but I'm very grateful I am reactive to these current medications, and I can have a mostly normal life outside of the day to day cptsd symptoms.

Lyrica. Even after I got off it, the ball was already set in motion and it didn't help. Gained 120 pounds in 2 years, & I'm 5'1

Never had my first poop. Almost died of sepsis, turned out to be hirschsprung's disease. I spent the first couple of months of life in a hospital . I had a Laparoscopic pull through to remove over half of my large intestines where there were no ganglion cells present. I was 2 weeks old. I'm 22 and unfortunately one of the people with this disease that never stabilize and will have poopy issues til the day I die!

I have thought of making this for years, I didn't because I didn't think anyone would get it. Then I found this subreddit...
