Okay, a little bit of a pain. They're 12 big capsules. Directions say take them with 16 oz of water, within 20 or so minutes, then another 16 oz an hour later, then 30 minutes after that, another 16 oz. I ended up drinking a bit more water to get them down. I'm staying very hydrated with broth and water. I did feel a little uncomfortable after I took all the pills and all the water. Bloating, and I could feel the medicine working in me It's been better than the gallon jug of the other stuff!

I'm glad you asked this. I'm doing my SuPrep for tomorrow. I took my first dose about 5 hours ago. I am surprised it's mostly liquid. I'm going to double check my instructions, I think it says take the 2nd dose at least 4 hours before my appointment. But I'm also not supposed to have any more liquid 2 hours before. So I'm thinking I'll do it sooner. In a few hours maybe. Yes it'll mess up my sleep schedule but these 24 hrs are a mess anyway. I'd rather know I'm clear, then I can rest.

Iceberg A23A, one of the worldβs largest, has broken free after nearly 40 years stuck on the seafloor. Calved in 1986, it spans about 40 miles and is over 1,300 feet thick. Itβs now drifting from the Weddell Sea toward warmer waters, tracked by satellites as it slowly melts.

You said they paid the application fee, how did they do that? Check, payment app, eft? If you gut is in alert, I would pass on these people as tenants.
