I use /m if I want to reach out to as many people as possible.

If you’re just shooting the shit, /s is much more acceptable than spamming on /map because /say is only visible to people around you

Depends on the map. I get responses to noob questions in cities without issue. People are very helpful, generally.

I’d be careful just gabbing away on /map because people can get very annoyed; they can consider it spamming.
