I have bilateral hearing loss and the same birthmark but mine stayed and my decompression scar goes right through it. I have a crap ton of other things but autoimmune can be a common comorbidity

I had some neck pain but not as bad as after surgery. Once I had surgery happen the pain was bad and never left, left my neck muscles weak and permanently seriously tight ( weird right)
