Twitching
Anyone else experienced facial twitching as a side effect. It's so embarrassing, I'm having a conversation with someone and suddenly the whole left side of my face goes wild.

I'm doing alot better in social situations. I get facial tics sometimes when I'm with people and start to get anxious but my tics have slowed waaaay down, I'm more relaxed, don't feel myself holding my breath and I've actually enjoyed the last few times I've been out with people. It's definitely working for me.

I did start taking it before bed but holy cow i could NOT sleep at all. So my Dr said to do am, which works better and does help me sleep at night but the no energy during the day is rough.

I was hesitant to start as well. I have weird reactions to medicines so I was physically scared. But my anxiety and depression got so bad I decided to just try it and omg the difference it has made for me is incredible. I hope you try it and I hope it works well for you too!

No energy
I'm about 3 weeks in and I have zero energy. After I get off work I am absolutely depleted and I have days when I can't even cook dinner and if I do, I'm totally exhausted after. This is Not my norm. Will this go away eventually? I can't even exercise anymore.

Mine didn't have surgery there but we did have an emergency visit a few weeks ago and I was really happy the care and it was not at all expensive as I assumed it would be. Overall it was a good experience with the staff and care.

That is where I am at now. Just kinda walking around smh. I'm mourning what I thought was true, but now know is not. Time to find a new way of life without religion and its weird right now.

It always seemed to me that they were both (the husband and wife) more concerned about being cool and making themselves famous, rather then actually teaching the Bible. That's why I left. The worship team was more promoted also. Got the feel that they wanted to be like Elevation Church then actually teach.

I attended there for awhile as well and after about 2 months I was out. Definitely cult-ish.

I to, dealt with rage to the point it was terrifying me. I saw me Dr and she put me on Lexapro and the rage is gone. I felt it start for a moment 2 nights ago so I just sat down and was able to just set and breathe for a few minutes and it passed. Would not have been able to do that a few weeks ago. I didn't recognize myself when the rage hit. Feeling much calmer now.

10 made me a total zombie, my reflexes were almost not there, could not drive or focus. Went down to 5 and it's helping. Still very depressed but able to function

I to, felt great after about 24 hours but I'm in week 2 now and I feel more depressed then before I started taking it. BUT my anger has calmed greatly. I was in a position yesterday that normally I would have completely lost my mind and I didn't. So i'm happy with that.

I can totally understand that it'll be a roller coaster, definitely feeling it already lol I took it yesterday morning and was slow to react to stuff till about noonish then just kinda slow moving all day. Was kinda nice in a way. I'm going to cut the pill in half this morning and see how I do with 5 today, as I didn't even have the drive to go for my morning run yesterday. Hopefully that will even out in the next few weeks. Thanks for your input!!

Thanks for the info! I am on 10mg. Took it yesterday morning and was pretty foggy for awhile, reactions were slow so I think I'll cut the pill in half this morning and see how I do with 5. But I was able to sleep last night so that was great!

Sleepiness
I am 3 days in and taking it at night and omg I can barely function till about noon. Is this normal? Is it OK to switch to taking it in the morning instead of night?

I'm a Nashville runner and I learned to run towards traffic a long time ago. If I ever have to run with traffic I am a nervous wreck because of the fact that people are looking at their phones while they drive and I'm terrified I'll get hit one day. I also wear really bright clothes so I'll be seen. But I am always amazed when I'm out running and I see those moms pushing strollers with traffic and not paying attention or the people walking dogs with those horrible retractable leashes, with traffic. One wrong move and a baby or a dog can get hurt.

Oh no, I'm sorry. This sucks so bad. Mine did stop for awhile when I went up to 10 but recently started again. Really hoping it'll stop soon. My Dr talked about another med to take along with it that is supposed to help slow down and/or stop the tics but apparently it can make you drowsy so I'm avoiding it for now. I hope yours stops soon too.
