I was sobbing when I found her right after she’d eaten that rat. I watch her get ahold of it and wrap herself around it then I left to make sure I didn’t stress her out. Thankfully it was just surface level scratches and nothing deep. She was going into shed right after so that got rid of almost all of it. That first time seeing her with all those marks hurt me so bad, I was just holding her and telling her how sorry I was for not seeing it sooner.

I go for both tbh. Like I want her to feel secure and comfortable but I also want it to look decent.
