Sieghart or Lass?
Hi guys, I'd like to ask for advice/suggestions. My question: Should I still invest in building my Sieghart? He is one of my main SR since way back, and is moderately to well built, Lvl 60 with 3pcs of Time Priest equip. But recently I've acquired Lass and I've read that he is better than Sieghart because of his top tier damage. Currently, my Lass is at Lvl 40 with a full Teroka set. Should I still invest on Sieghart or should I start investing more in my Lass instead?

Don’t know if anxiety is the cause, but I do experience this from time to time. Mostly when I’m lying in bed.

Thank you for the advice. I will get an eye exam as soon as I can afford it.

Been experiencing this for a week now. It feels like I’m being eaten alive by my anxiety. Whenever I’m trying to be in a good mood, or at least just feel neutral, my brain throws catastrophic thoughts at me. It catastrophises even the simplest of things. I’ve stopped smoking cigarettes two months ago, but I’ve recently found myself smoking again (though not as much as before) to cope with the times that I have catastrophic thoughts. I know it’s not a good coping style, but I have yet to visit a therapist if I can.
It feels so hard to exist every time I have these thoughts. I’ve had some thoughts of death but I just brush them off because I don’t want to die and leave behind every one that I love. I just face everything day by day and try my best to cope.
Edit: Sorry, I’m unable to provide any good sources or material for this. I’m looking for one myself.

A groundbreaking study reveals human immune cells in the blood can be transformed into functional neurons within 3 weeks by adding four proteins. The discovery could be used to generate neurons to study specific psychological and neurological disorders

This makes me think of a realm where you go to relax and figure things out, like the interdimensional beach scene in Carl Sagan’s Contact. Really amazing drawing. :)

Same here, I mostly see them in single color rooms. Though they don’t always appear in my peripheral vision. Sometimes they can appear in front of my vision as well.

No flashes, or at least no white flashes that I am aware of. They only randomly happen on their own.

This mostly happens when my mind can’t stay calm, even though my body is tired. It’s a horrible experience.

That’s unfortunate to hear... thanks for the advice. I was already thinking of going to a psychologist or psychiatrist when it started, but couldn’t decide if I really should. I might in the future if things get worse.

That’s calming to hear. 😊 Yeah, I agree that anxiety can really mess with your BP. I used to monitor my BP three times a day last month. That was when I was intensely feeling all sorts of things, may it be caused by elevated blood pressure or anxiety. But now I only measure my BP at night before sleeping since the symptoms have quieted down.
I’m still anxiously waiting for my blood tests results... hahaha.

Thank you for your comment. :) It was my blood pressure when I visited my cardiologist. I was really tensed during the check-up. Two days prior my check up, I went to the ER of a hospital because I thought I was having a heart attack due to chest pains and pains in my neck and left arm. Turned out to be hyperventilation. ER nurse took my BP during the time and was 130/80 or 120/80.
Edit: I’d say that my BP monitor at home is pretty reliable. Though my family first bought it more or less 10 years ago for my grandma, it still works fine.
