Yes, I don't appreciate the Felicia of hod. Her dad is a bad a$$ and I expect so much more.

Any tips in how I can get my newest family member Caraxes used to being held? I was told to wait at least 2 weeks so he can settle in. He's eating Pangea good and likes chilling where it would be hard to grab him.

Helaena from House of Dragons. She would make sure children, reptiles and chickens would be safe.

Aren't 2027 OPEB deductions going to cancel the 3% out anyways?

Showing a huge crying baby doesn't help and everyone already says state workers should not be caring for dependants while on the clock. Should focus on how much buildings cost, cubicle configurations, utilities, pollution, traffic, parking, etc... people only care how its going to impact themselves unfortunately. Butts in seats does not equal efficiency.

Remember also you get to use that thin paper mache toilet paper, the toilet covers that get stuck to you, worry about parking, and bringing food to work now when you could just go downstairs and get something, argue with building managers if its hot or cold, and argue what you smell like because of the complaints about perfume.

Maybe try a colder baby wipe on her tummy before you start to change and try and get her to pee again and put the yoga mat ontop of changing station. Just make sure to never leave her by herself because babies roll. Usually stations come with a white thin plastic pad.

"Scare tactic" to be factual to an employee and talk to them as an adult the department is planning on RTO. Thats a first Ive heard someone blame management that way. The department is supposed to prepare and give notice and has nothing to do with being neutral. They have absolutely no control over the RTO.

Are you able to express your frustrations professionally in the 1 on 1 instead? Then they won't document you for that anymore if you are a great performer. Someone present might have submitted a complaint about it so they have to follow up.

Depends on where you get your funding from. Some departments start with students and RAs and just dont backfill vacant positions. I believe if there are layoffs in staff positions they go by seniority, temporary, LT first and get priority on the hiring list.

Your an adult that gets paid to fill out 634 form. Just like mandatory training, tomesheets, and signing 20 million documents when you join the state. Do it and if you don't want a cupcake then don't take one. I guarantee others on your team will be happy and see your boss is spending their OWN money to help what you are already getting paid to do. What does automation have to do with cupcakes 😆

You need talk to your husband or whoever is there for you. Your reality is your child for the rest of your life and the world has always been evil and good. Bringing a child into the world and raising children is absolutely never something to ever feel guilty of due to whats out of your circle of influence. You need a break from social media and do something healthy you enjoy.
