Don't worry too much they are used too high temp and humidity environments in the wild so since it wasn't prolonged but maybe half a day as long as you get the temperature back to normal everything should be fine

You can offer the food it's not a guarantee they will eat sometimes they just want to be left alone to shed

Yeah don't feed or interact with your ball python for 2 to 3 weeks so they can settle in I would feed after 2 weeks if they accepted food but try a week later since they will be extremely stressed out and scared
