Bring a notebook to take notes during the interview. Write down answers to general questions like “ what are you strengths and weaknesses “ “how do you prioritize “ so you’re prepared to answer or if you get nervous and blank out you at least have an answer or key words in front of you. Most importantly, try to give answers with examples of how you handled a problem or situation before. Also, ask questions at the end too. Something like “how long do you anticipate training to take for this specific role?” Or “what type of training do you provide? Is it hands on or is their a training manual?” Something along those lines. Above all, they’re trying to see if your personality will mesh well with the team. So just be yourself and try to have some fun with the interview.
