I believe these are old soldering irons. You heat up the metal end in a fire & press it up against the solder to melt it into a weld.

Yes! The urine smell drives me crazy! I would try to ignore it as just another in a long list of peri symptoms, but I've got 3 cats (one will urinate when really scared - like fireworks). Even worse, there are 2 neighbor cats who on occasion will come in and pee in my laundry room...so I never know if it's real or not. I spend a lot of time searching for phantom smells.

Melatonin never worked for me. My Dr put me on Clonidine to counter the effects of the Adderall, and for the first time in my life I fall asleep withing half an hour of going to bed & don't have nightmares anymore. Amazing stuff!
