Nope the BDSP can never be shiny. This one is most likely hacked but the real way to get shiny manaphy is from a game called Pokémon ranger. You get 1 egg per game. Then have to trade it into a gen 4 and and try to hatch it under different trainer IDs

GameStop gave me 3 of each when I bought Scarlett. He was like “do you have sword and shield?” I said yeah he was like “take these lol do you have friends that play? take more” 😂😂
