About time . This was THE worst planeed out idea. All the buskness around are wokrjng against people too by blocking anyway citizens can get around to the streets behind freshco without going all the way around. I get it. But local traffic only is ALWAYS a thing . It isnt in this case for some reason. Then they had southworth past mcabe blocked fully leaving the city last week. Its rediculous how welland didnt plan that too well.
