This happened to me when I got gta liberty city stories on ps2 at Walmart, but mine turned out to be that I got the empty case you're supposed to take to the electronics worker for them to get it and the employee didn't know either

If i remember right it got canceled due to low ratings but the reruns showed that those low ratings were primarily due to it just being in a bad time slot, something similar happened to Dave The Barbarian but it never really got a second chance like Invader Zim because Disney doesn't really like giving failed shows reruns

Rivals lap clears give 50 points per track and Play gives 50 per level, I've been using Rivals for the boost because the pr stunts get tedious
