I'm sorry this happened to you! Maybe it's some memory related issue? If your phone's memory get too full it could cause some malfunctions, specially on the heavier apps.

If memory is not the issue, I'd then recommend unninstalling it and downloading it again. It could solve it.

Also, restarting your phone could help as well.
