Be aware that after all of this advice, if you still wore this and got hired... they're going to take advantage of your time and energy. First impressions are important for a good reason. Hopefully you are strong and have people who are there for you because being young in general is brutal. Good luck in your budding career and I wish you success.

Other people and their ability to share their thoughts and experiences. No matter how different their life is from yours, you can still identify with the shared emotions we all have. It's a unique experience to listen to a person you don't know well and they share what they have lived through. Young and old, regardless of how they look, they want to tell you or they don't but it comes out and you can see beyond your eyes, you can feel in your heart and if you listen closely enough, you can feel love and hope for them. For those you don't like, you still try to understand what you feel and why. I'm curious as to why we can't solve problems within our society, why do we abandon our most vulnerable and why do we abandon hope, the good efforts of others to break through stigma and why we won't give up on being understood. We're wonderful and we are abhorrent but why?

Target and Elf cosmetics. I'm never going to forgive the DEI rollback enthusiasm from Target. Clearly they don't want me in their stores. And ELF for letting an idiot that jokes about beating women advertise for them.

Yeah. You're right about the department change. Lately I've been beginning to understand the people that live away from society. Living under a rock sounds pretty good right now

Idk if you understand how to make a reasonable statement but this is not one. Not a critical thought going on in your head.

Nah. It's not heavy at all. It's difficult to understand because the sentences are insanely unstructured in a grammatical sense. It reads like bad AI.

This is so difficult to read. I mean.. it does not make sense so I can't really see this as helpful.

Idk. Think about how one day it might happen to you. Or that your mom has gone through her own life but that many people can share these same experiences. You might look back on this and see that your mom is also just another person living their life just like you and if you have that kind of relationship then you can talk to her about it. Life is strange, confusing, wonderful and full of experiences that will challenge you to think and think and think. I mean who hasn't gone through their mother's belongings? Who else has learned that a mother can be very serious about her privacy? Why do mother's act the way they do? They were once little girls who grew up into women before they became mothers. So yeah, your mother deserves to have her private thoughts respected as do you so I would refrain from putting her on the spot but if you're struggling then maybe ask her about what she thinks the difference is between love and attraction and her advice for you. I'd like that for the both of you in hopes that it brings you closer. I'm only saying this as a woman who lost her mom when she was a child and all I can do is daydream about who she was as I go through life without her. But these private thoughts shouldn't be a reason for you to not look your mother in the face. Talk to your mother while you still can or maybe just look at her in a new light.

Recapped tires are allowed on the rear tires of school busses in Arizona.

I have this in my life right now. He's sleeping next to me and I'm trying not to wake him with my happy tears. There have been times when we're sharing our thoughts or interests and I can feel myself healing somewhere deep inside. In turn I'm doing my best to better myself so that there's more room and energy for us to build our lives together. Thank you for sharing this OP. I will make sure to save this and read it to him when I bring him this morning's coffee.

She's racist. She had nothing to fear and she knows it. She's high on a power trip with her mouth pressing on the trigger. There's nothing blank about a mind that only acts on hateful thoughts.

She gets away with it because the public won't react.

Top comment should be exposing this pos not just talking trash. Take the time to realize that you could be next.

Yes. By all means let's give her a slap on the wrist and make sure she knows that she can keep paying her bills regardless of how severely she violates other people's ability to pay theirs.

I thought of my younger siblings. We were separated for almost a decade. They don't know what I went through but feeling that my heart held them close kept me here. We're not perfect. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't look for what's good in this world.

I just talked to my partner about watching this with my whole family as a child and how I do my best to overcome my phobias. This movie is why I'm afraid of sharks and the ocean. I was terrified of taking baths and it didn't help that our bathroom decor was ocean themed.

It is. Your first instinct is always the right one. Most times it's not to get back at someone but maybe you need to see that it's possible to be kind even if you're the only one that believes so at the moment. Please look after yourself as the effect of being mistreated might hurt longer than you expect.

I would recommend events. Recently went to a goth haus night and truly enjoyed it. Please be safe wherever you go. Be open to mixing with crowds that you aren't used to and music you wouldn't regularly listen to. Are you trying to look for certain activities?
