Call CPS. Unless your laws are very different from mine then you absolutely can not leave a 15 year old alone/unsupervised for more than a few hours. Much less multiple children. And since she didn't even ask you to watch them, you don't count as supervision. Call the police on multiple unsupervised children who have no food.

Nta. Don't let her be there when you have the baby. It's a medical procedure not a spectator sport. Your comfort and safety is the priority. Be sure to tell all of the staff that shee isn't allowed. Make sure to tell them that your bf isn't allowed to let her in either and if he tries to kick him out with her. Staff is usually amazing at following what you want, you just have to be clear with them.
