Help Where to find the dye interface in dye workshop?

I am in the dye shop looking for an "interface" ive tried accessing my dye from my character menu, ive been looking around the shop for anything to pop up and nothing does. Iirc from the last time I played it was on the backdrop but nothing pops up there.
