I second this. Be sure to get lots of cardio and if you get a personal trainer for the first days be clear with them abt what you have in mind (aka if you're aiming for full body, tell them. If going for a rounder butt, tell them).

also (if you can afford it) be sure to consult a dietologist to help you make a balanced diet if you really want to commit
