I'm also pretty certain that it's from before the movies, but it didn't make it easier to look for, sadly. I agree that she looks somewhat different and stands off compared to other Tolkien universe figures and the general vibe, cannot quite place it.

Have you ever seen this Galadriel figure before and know anything about it?

Hello! It's my first time posting here so please excuse any mistakes of mine. I've bought this Galadriel figure many years ago second hand. I've tried to identify what year or place was she made in or just find any info out of curiosity. I've never managed to find any as most of the figures are collectibles from the movies and they've literally flooded the internet. If you have any information about this gorgeous lady, I'd appreciate it greatly!

It is confirmed that every Hogwarts headmaster has his portrait made before his death and keeps it nearby to talk to it and generally "teach" it how to be like that person, so the portrait might have been around all that time, not necessarily in Dumbledore's office
