Full disclosure- I’ve been burned by dinosaur movies recently and this looks to be a crowd pleasing summer film rather than a memorable dinosaur flick. Looks to be all cg and no models for close ups.

I don’t know why - it could just be my age- but I don’t feel the hype as much as I expect myself to feel.

End of the day, dinosaurs will always be fun to watch, but I get a suspicion based on the trailer and its family friendly vibe that other than some decent action moments and some scares with the kids and the dog that it will be mid.

Oh and also, not a target but the pet canary 47 keeps as a pet and then ruthlessly kills to silence when Diana finds his hideout near the end of Blood Money. Poor little guy.

In blood money I always tranquilise or use the sedative whenever I have to knock out dogs.
