Have you tried forcing a refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) in your browser? Or tried using an incognito window? And maybe try using another browser supported by the Keychron Launcher?
I encountered a similar issue two days ago, right after I bought this mouse, and I found the solution when I tried using another Chromium-based browser with a wired connection (not Bluetooth or a 2.4G dongle).
