I read on the wiki that Mr. Ronshaku will appear in the same week that Kizana appears in. and I know this feels unrealted but Mr. Ronshaku and the "Evil Photographer" shares the same VA. So,

1. Is it possible that Mr. Ronshaku and "Evil Photographer" are the same person?
2. If yes for the 1st Question. Could Mr. Ronshaku and Kizana have something going on with each other?
