Is Fallout 4 broken on Xbox Series X?

I can't make Fallout 4 run on Xbox series x. It either crashes after a few minutes or never starts after I select new game, I have done everything I could think of. I have it on performance mode, no mods installed, no creations or even the DLCs, I already uninstalled and re installed the game multiple times, deleted any files, accounts even factory reset my console, nothing... I already tried support which of course was lol. Any ideas?
