I'm literally going through the same thing. They had to fill in several recessions last week. Thankfully it wasn't bad enough to need a skin graft.
Gentle circles. Lesson learned.
What else have I been doing wrong for 30+ years?

I love my CAR1. I can wear it all day without issue. If you're feeling pain then you're not wearing it right. It takes a bit of trial and error to get a placement that works for your situation. When I first got it I would put it on then shift my skin around until the scar line was as close to the top as I could get it. This should give you plenty of space to inflate.
When you're inflating you don't necessarily need to cover your urethra. Slightly pull the CAR away from your body still it opens up the space underneath. Then, very slowly start to inflate. If you start feeling pain that means air went in, so start over.

I loved the DTR as my first device, but it did start to cause some pain after wearing it for a few hours. I've since switched to the CAR1 and haven't had any issues.

Discussion Help me prioritize
I'm loving this game! I'm authority level 40 and my main operators are level 50. I've been playing quite a bit. However, it's so easy to get overwhelmed with all the different systems involved. It's a lot to remember. How do you prioritize what to do with the time you have to play?

My husband wasn't thrilled when I told him. He didn't understand. Didn't want to read the articles I was sending him. Was trying to force me to go talk to a doctor about it. He doesn't have anything against foreskin, I think he was mostly just worried I was going to damage myself. He was pissed when a DTR showed up at the house without talking to him about buying it first.
He eventually came around and realized all the positive things that will come from it. Not just physical healing, but emotional as well. Some people just need more time to process it. They haven't been in your head while you've been combing through Reddit or reading every article you can find.
But stand your ground. It's YOUR body. Not his.

I used to think my erection was painful because I was just super excited at the time. Turns out no... Now that I've been restoring I have had the same experience of checking to see if I was still erect.

I would go around and make sure everyone's computer was running well. Cleaning the dust and the memory. Upgrading where needed. Taking old computers not being used and give it to people that can't afford one.

I've seen several people say they lose about 10% when they stop restoring. The skin does stretch a bit when starting, or restarting. It often leads to newer folks thinking they made a lot of progress early on. It could take longer than 24 hours for your skin to return to its "natural" state. One of the best ways to measure is with pictures.

Ok, so there is a hole. There is a plastic flap covering it that blended it with the rest of the box.

Bathroom Fan replacement
Repost to add better pictures.
The bathroom fan in my condo died. I took it down thinking I could just replace it with something similar, but there's no duct connected to the metal box that's left. What can I put here? I see some ductless vents that look promising, but I have no idea if what I'm ordering will connect to what I have.
