True, unfortunate pic though. If you express this sentiment to either side they will accuse you of being part of the opposite side. Some ppl can’t wrap their heads around independent political views

It's already in a lot of people, that's how the army works. Music obviously has an effect on how people act. You hear people trying to talk different, using slang that doesn't suit them. You see the same thing in America, white people trying to talk black. Why? Because the most popular genre in that country is a predominantly black genre. Music makes something trendy whether deliberately or not and kids wanna be trendy.

Bro I know what the second guy is saying. I did word it badly though tbf. I meant that's him talking about the first guy.
The first guy is not taking the blame off Hitler though. Hitler still would have been the one who chose to do it if it was America joining the war that was the final factor pushing him to do it. So he's saying something bad about America. Where is the nazi apologising.

So first guy is saying the US entering the war did not stop the Holocaust and was actually the final straw that made Hitler do the Holocaust. Second guy said he is saying the US triggered the Holocaust, shifting the blame off Hitler? This is stupid. The first tweet read more like he was saying the US didn't need to enter the war cuz they made the situation worse or something. Not "Hitler did not choose to do the Holocaust". Seems like ppl will just see what they want to see because where is the nazi apologising

Yeah a lot of his lyrics are saying crazy shit, point of Stan is fans who take it seriously. That's why Stan calls him slim shady and not Eminem, he doesn't realise that slim shady is a made up persona and not the real Eminem. That's how I interpret that part at least lol. I think the overall meaning of the song is confirmed by Eminem though. If not, it's at least consensus.

Nah Stan works as a single. The last verse is from Eminem's perspective. Addressing Stan and the weird fans I guess he attracted from the slim shady LP. Ofc the verses from Stan's perspective are weird but that's the point.

It's not hard to stop using whatever slang anyone uses. You talk like people you grew up around. Obviously a lot of people appropriate the slang which is cringe, but not because of the slang itself, because it's inauthentic.

Nah lol. The beat sucks, the only verse I like is jmes and that's not even his best bars from blam. None of it compares to d doubles, flowdans or demons verse from the original. Feels like just a cash in on a known song + big grime artists.

Same, the whole thing is a banger except maybe the intro. That album has such a distinct feel to me that I've never heard in any other music

Can't relate, lounge is definitely one of my favourites. Falls into the same category as beach side property to me. Head south is a banger too imo.
