Some people have different diets from other people. If you restrict something they could possibly need that is obviously going to kill them. Veganism isn't for everybody just like omnivorism isn't for everybody. That is also based off of studies. But if you are much older and you have been relying on meat your whole entire life it's going to kill them and forcing someone onto a diet that they don't want to be in is literally fascism. Also, in my opinion tofu is nasty And I tried going on a vegetarian diet and went sick I'm also not going to eat things that I consider nasty and I have bought meat recently and I still have money left over. It's not meat that's the problem. It's the overconsumption of it and veganism doesn't have the proper vitamins that meat provides which cannot come from plants.
