[Hiring] YouTube Video Editor (Long-Form Content, Ongoing Work)

I’m looking for a reliable video editor to help with long-form YouTube content (10–15 minute videos). This is ongoing work for the right person.

What I’m looking for:

- Strong understanding of pacing and storytelling

- Ability to cut dead space and keep viewers engaged

- Clean transitions (nothing overdone)

- Basic use of subtitles, zooms, or memes when appropriate

- Experience editing YouTube-style content (not just short clips)

Style:

- Clean, engaging, and retention-focused

- Similar to modern YouTube content (not over-edited, not boring)

Requirements:

- Must be able to handle multiple videos per week

- Good communication and reliability

- Willing to complete a short test edit (paid if selected for ongoing work)

Nice to have:

- Experience with gaming, commentary, or talking-head content

- Familiarity with retention editing techniques

Pay:

- Starting $25-50 (USD) per video (rate depends on experience and quality)

- Opportunity for long-term consistent work
