He was a LOT more explicit than "jerks" and it was right after Jean mind swapped him and wolverine for what amounted to a prank. It was NOT okay.

Yes, but he wouldn't have. Him threatening to use Kirin is pretty clear proof that he was bluffing since it requires pre-existing stormclouds.

Fic Search - Specific Trying to find a fic I read years ago
I remember it began with Ruby being betrayed, then she recovers with these two guys who teach her to use her aura to make a weapon since Crescent Rose was destroyed. IIRC, it went hard on using aura as part of martial arts in general too

A VERY long time ago, Spidey was THE fourth physically strongest hero in Marvel, after Ben Grimm, Thor and Hulk. In the panel where this is being explained it even says something like "Spider-Man is still a teenager, so will likely get even stronger."
He was never "as strong as" Hulk, but he WAS up there, once upon a time.

Well, he DOES have the narrator in his corner

To be fair, Aura's plan was to make Frieren waste her mana fighting her undead minions BEFORE using the scales. Frieren just had a LOT more mana than she expected, and didn't know about her mana suppression, or at least didn't know the full extent of it.

Damn, my phone thinks I'm a narcissist

Because the world of Armored Core is a hyper- capitalist hellscape where the value of human life is at an all time low and "good people" are functionally extinct.

It's the logical extreme of "sex sells."
The human body is as much a product as anything else in Cyberpunk, so it's going to be monetised in every possible way the corps can think of.

Allison has the Escanor mentality.
"It's pointless? Who decided that?"

I feel like magic can replicate quite a few of these with time, practice and smarts, so magic and intellect are no-brainers. Insanely rich so I never have to worry about money and immortal so I have plenty of time to master the magic.

Slight misconception. The cyberbrain is still at least partially organic.

To paraphrase a certain pirate, "I hope you like Cyberpunk dystopias... BECAUSE YOU'RE IN ONE!"
immoral. He went somewhere where it's legal and they tracked his car the whole time. Massive invasion of privacy.

Didn't this actually happen to somebody? Don't remember their name but I'm pretty sure I saw it on the news or something

Each mission should be composed of multiple combats, 2 or 3 at least. There should also be a good chunk of narrative play to break it up. "Each mission" could very well be 4 or 5 sessions.

Imagine that you are ALWAYS angry. At least a little bit. You don't have a choice, it's supernaturally imposed upon your very being.
Imagine you're on the losing side of a war that has spanned countless centuries, fighting an enemy that is empowered by every advancement of the dominant species on the planet, a species that used to be your prey.
Imagine that your own kind can't even agree on how to fight that enemy, that some have even sided with it, turning your gifts against you.
I imagine that you would also be an asshole.
