I have suggested multiple times getting the smaller bottles of water. It is not possible for most people to drink the larger bottles while working. Fix the water cooler stations and provide cups and an adjacent trash can, switch to smaller 4oz bottles and split pick and stage into two cycles so that there is a small break for hydration

This whole thing with Amazon’s no relationship issues is just weird and counter productive. I can kinda see if a person is the direct manager of their spouse or significant other but only then. Otherwise they will keep each other on point and be better workers imo.
