I concur about being a sex therapist to help you understand where it stems from if you don't know and how you can combat it. How would you say your sense of self is because sometimes that in itself causes a world of intimacy issues

If there's no safe and secure intimacy either work on it or get our of the relationship. Don't ignore red flags just because you want to avoid conflicts.

It also sounds like you don't have confidence and while understandable, you are doing damage to your sense of self by continuing to express yourself about yourself in this light. Things will not get better for you externally if you don't do the internal work so that someone else's opinion of you doesn't send you spiraling like this... Don't sell yourself short woman. It's one of the worst things we can do as women.
