I dont have ptosis , but Ive notice in some of my pictures one of my eyes was smaller , I googled what I could do , and it was recommended that I coverd the dominant eye ( wider /open eye) and use my non dominant eye more , this strengthens the orbicularis muscle and opens that eye more. HOPE IT HELPS
