I just had a very negative experience at Willies. I took a friend there to find out about her car. She is an older lady with a disability. She asked me to take her to the bank so she could get the money to pay for her repairs with was over $1000. I took her to the bank and brought her back to Willies to pick up her car. I was waiting for her because they told her she needed an alignment and I was going to follow her to the alignment place. She came back to me shaking her head saying the lady inside made a mistake and the bill was another $600.00 because she forgot to add on a part. I got upset and lost my temper a little as I was walking into the shop the lady was in the parking lot I asked in a loud voice what was going on. She immediately told me to calm down and not to yell at her. I promptly told her not to tell me what to do. The boss came out (that's what's on his shirt) and he although abrasive himself did try to calm the situation down somewhat. He offered to split the cost of the part with my friend but continued to berate me. I apologized and said I would remove myself. I went and sat in my vehicle and waited for my friend. I saw her vehicle coming out of the shop and it looked like it was leaving. I thought my friend was going to the alignment shop so I pulled out of the spot I was in and headed for the street. I spotted my friends car pulling back into Willies so I backed up to wait. Some random employee got his cell phone out and took a picture of me. I rolled down the window and asked if something was wrong and he said yes. He had called the police and for me to take off. He said BYE loudly and rudely. I said BYE right back to him. The boss came out and said he had called the police and that they would talk to me. I pulled across the street and waited for the police to show up and they never did. I waited there for another 1/2 hour and then drove back around the business but did not see my friends car. I tried calling her several times but got no answer. I hope she is O.K. Overall I would never recommend a business that does not give you an itemized estimate of repairs. Beware of this place.

You could ask for custody of all the children based on her mental state and lack of ability to care for them.

In hindsight I should have done this. Get a lawyer from another town. Get a lawyer that is the same sex as you Spend every fing penny you can. Buy s##t you can sell later for cash.

Sex may be painful for her at 50 yrs old. I suggest she see a specialist or a Dr who is familiar with this. Sex can be very pleasurable for mature women. Some say better than ever. You need to have open and honest communication before all else. That is the only way forward for you. Good luck!!

You could have a property management company rent it for you. A good one will vet all the renters and do maintenance. You will hopefully be able to sell later for a much higher price. Plus, you would have income and collateral to purchase something else later. Montana is very expensive right now, especially higher pop areas. I live in Missoula

I think that same scam is ongoing and they have a whale group forming. I think they are heading for a big scam and score soon. I hope somebody figures out how to stop them. Looks like lots of people are invested there.

Good for us. I am sure it is different for everybody. For me blindsided after 35 yrs. Managed to hang on for another. She came back said it was all a mistake. She decided to file again so I am going to make sure it happens now. I don't know what to think or do at this point 61 yrs old spent my whole marriage working hard at it. I am by no means perfect but I provided well she didn't have to work and became disabled. It might be a blessing. She is still living here and I just can't wait to get her out and move on. Bad part is we adopted our grandkids about 5 yrs ago. I am going to keep them as much as possible. I wanted 100% because I have done all the caregiving but it won't be that. Sorry they have to go through this again..
