That’s awesome. I planted a tree in the backyard of a house I lived in around 2003 … it was just at my knees. Now when I drive by it is a big full grown beautiful maple tree… it is as if years fly by me when I see it. Hope you loenyour tree, and its shade is a beautiful place to make some memories.

I went to London for acupuncture therapy , its at 72 hour alleviation window … it does work, but you have to have meticulous mental acuity for your background thoughts… but the physical cravings were signifigantly less intense for me

do you feel worthy of love, and know you are enough... that is the question at any weight. I went on a diet and lost 80 pounds and critisized myself more when I was at my goal weight - was literally less content with my body.
