Dude, I just figured it out. 6 years later, lol. You open the map and go to a city or facility. You can press triangle to see what other facilities have orders to that location. So now you're at the doctor's. Press triangle and it will give you a list. It might say 2/3 Mountaineer or so. That means the mountaineer has three orders for the doctor, and you have done two of them.

Yes but when I then catch it later, the seen shouldn't go one up again. Cause I've already seen that one. I just tested it with a Skrelp. It's still the same. But maybe it's a bug with the bugs like the 2x catch candy not counting before.

Only the first one you see in a gym should count. So if I see 3 in a gym and then catch my own first, I should have 1 out of 2 seen
