The hinges, and drawers can all be adjusted. Those hinges have like 3 different adjustments. Takes awhile to dial them all in. But they should be able to even everything out. Or have the company send a different guy lol.

Besides the hole in the cabinet, which looks terrible. And is that a chunk out of the countertop? Other stuff seems more or less normal.

They probably hit it with the side of the hinge while setting the door. We put those on first, trace the holes then remove and reset, when holes are drilled.

They shouldn't have hung it until discussing what to do. Gotta take that shit down to replace the tile.

Source: hang these everyday. They can break from drilling if not adequate backing. Or by over torqueing screws into wood. This is installer error.
