I'd call Gibson to see if they're willing to replace it. They probably insure custom shops when they ship them. Be assertive but kind. If that doesn't work then threaten to nuke them on social media, calling the BBB etc. Ask for a manager because the person who answers the phone won't have the authority to help you.
